We have 24 Hours Operations Cells on duty with qualified flights dispatchers, To oversee the required work for our valuable customers.
Operational Services
Liaising with required airport authorities for acceptance of cargo.
Liaising with handling agents/immigration/customs etc. regarding the intimation of the flight.
Liaising with airport authorities for parking space for the concerned aircraft.
Release of the cargo & making necessary arrangements to reach there on appropriate bay.
Supervision for loading & off-loading
Supervision of catering on board.
Filing ATC plans, handover of Met folders & necessary slots for the crew.
Arrangements for recieving the aircrafts.
Sending arrival & departure message to operations.
 
Providing necessary equipment for handling of special cargo such as perishables, live animals, valuables, dangerous goods etc
Make all  necessary message to the concerned destination for timely receiving of the aircrafts.
Supporting aircraft with all necessary ramp equipment according to carrier's request (chocks, marshalling, steps, ground power unit, air-starter unit, toilet services, water services, internal cleaning, air-condition unit, baggage carts, tractors, manpower, conveyer belts, platforms, push-back, headsets, transportation for passengers and crew to terminal)
